Ive no heavy bag / bob so these drills allow me to practice my basic strikes with a single focus pad. I come across these type of drills on youtube and if you use your imagination you can work on your main strikes with little equipment. This is aggressive and i say some naughty words in the video but for street violence I believe your mindset as got to be very nasty and yang. In the drill the pad and imagination is the bad guys head, I strike attach pull head down knee and finish. A flurry of practical street strikes.

If you have no room finances for bob/ punching bag its a practical more inexpensive way to practice your main self defense tools.
