Even though most here don't use weights I think this is advice some could have used back in the day.

My training mantra is "Do what you can do without injuries at your age."
That lady is Ric's wife but I don't know her name. You know I didn't hear Ric say 200 grams of protein. I was mostly listening to what he said about heavy weights. I'm with you on eating that much animal protein. I don't worry about the amount of protein I take in. I think that's a little overkill. I read somewhere that your body can only handle a certain amount of protein at a time. I think it was like 15 grams but don't quote me on that.
Even John Peterson liked Ric Drasin. He always has good advice; albeit I doubt I could consume 200 grams of animal protein a day. BTW, is Bela Lugosi's grand-daughter at the beginning and the end Ric's wife?
