Now that we're into December sometimes I re-evaluate my training to see if I went in the direction I wanted for the year. So have any of You guys accomplished any of Your goals? What goals do You have for the next year coming?

Was it Bruce Lee who said strip away whats unnessary? Ive been doing an hybrid circuit that mixes, Combatives,shadow boxing bodyweight exercises, 2 Iso belt exercises and stretching. The goal is mostly, technique practice, strikr power and overall conditioning. 3 days a week. My training is good.This time a year diets bit challenging, especially with people bringing in cakes and chocs etc to work. i dont let it concern me cause in new year ill straighten it out.
