I was just curious what guys here do diet wise. I might have asked this before so my appologies if I did. Anyhow, What are Your diet specifics and why? If You have, need or want to lose weight what's Your diet map?

Yeah I eat pretty much like You except diary. I found out a couple of years ago I was allergic to diary and soy. I use to love greek yogurt but now that I don't eat diary my throat is so much better and no flem.
Pint of ice cream huh. Every once in a great while I'll get some but it kills me. Recently I have been experimenting with low carb and high fat. I have not seen a differance in weight or energy. What I mean is No loss in weight and my calories are lower. Also I do not see an differance in energy. And my waist size is the same. If I go back to Bass's diet I'll lose an inch or two on my winter waist. I do believe all diets work the same, calorie deficit. But for me high fat doesn't do the job.
I'll bite.
As you and I have discussed before, I find a high protein, low fat diet works best for me. I eat mostly chicken breast, egg whites, Greek yogurt, beans/lentils, high fiber bread, a little pasta here and there, de-fatted peanutbutter and some fruit and honey. I'll also consume protein powder and bars.
Full disclosure...more often than not I also eat a pint of icecream/frozen yogurt (low-fat) before bed and probably drink about 6-7 cups of coffee a day.
So mostly good, but I have my vices as well.
