I thought this would be a good way to start off the nutrition part of the forums. What did You eat today? Here's what I ate today:
Breakfast:
Two eggs, bowl of sliced banana, blueberries and a quarter cup of nuts. I also drank a glass of unsweetend almond milk.
Snack:
Low Sodium V8
Lunch:
A big salad, tuna mixed with an avocado,mustard and olives, some grapes
Snack:
Handful of almonds and cashews
Dinner:
Chicken breast, roasted vegetables and sweet potatoe
