For legs? Do You do strength, conditioning, both or something else? I don't know what else You could do for legs but I thought I'd add that in there just in case, for kicks. I know Greg has knee issues but does anyone else here have them? Curious.

Good stuff Slastonecold! Hey Bob Those Yoga stances are good. I don't do them but I stand on one leg (sometimes on a big pillow) for time everyday. This is great for the stabilizers in the ankles and knees.
These Yoga stances help me to keep my knees in a good condition and to train the body balance. I do them after each workout.
After these stances, I do a light knee massage. As leg exercises, I do regular squats, front and reverse lunges, and deep military side lunges as for shooting and moving from the fire line (modified curtsy lunge). It looks that moderate muscle co-contraction helps to avoid knee injuries.
for legs i do wall sits,is0metrics,and maybe do half squats twice a week.i also walk everyday.
Step ups and wall sits are good options. Step ups on a low step are great on the knees. One thing I learned, for myself, staying flat footed on the step when landing gives the knees a nice feel afterwards.
PS: Wall Sit! I do wall sit and plank exercises.
Michael a half-squat works for me, never a full squat. A Coach in Middle School told us a full squat hurts your knees. John McSweeney's Tiger Moves (aka Miracle 7) uses a 1/2 squat with tension and works well. Kicks do work well Michael, Kick Boxing, Karate or Kung fu (joke).
After a steady week of heavy rain, I couldn't do hill sprints yesterday. so I dug an oldie out with steps on an eight inch step. You do these fairly rapidly. Not really a builder, but a conditioner, and OK on the knees.
