One thing I like about Matt is he's flexible and he looks at both sides. I believe everyone is differant. There will be guys who like structure, as myself, and some that like to free style their training. To me I applaud anyone that does something. Although I prefer structure because it keeps me consistent, I like changing things up. Either way You go You should have some kind of consistency. We all like differant things so whatever gets us going is good. I wouldn't let any guru, keyboard internet guy or program tell You what's right for You. So what do You like? Structure or Wing it?

I like daily structured exercises.
For me - structure with adaptations. You have a basic template with room for experimentation. Then periodically you change your template depending on your goals.
