I came to exercise at 52 after a lifetime of nothing and a life threatening asthma episode...so I learned and experimented knowing well enough I can't do what the kids do because of my past and age and infirmities. Tried so much and that has led me to where I am now from DDP yoga to Altas to Isometrics to the Bullworker. The bullworker took up a good amount of time and I gained muscle and bulk but it was also hurting me and I realized ..nope no good, read up on Zass and took a more common sense approach, now I want a functional, strong, lean body that can age well...I think I found what I was looking for on this 2 year trip......How have your goals and preferences changed??

I watch alot of these younger people doing all this crazy stuff...I'm glad I found what works I also tend to old school stuff, although I have found the body blade very compelling.
