Long ago I wrote something on rehabilitation and repairing the body. Mix the Nadeau Method and combine with the M7/DVR Routine and Isometric Powerflexing might rehab the injured! I was inspired by Greg Newton mentioning a gentleman using 100 reps of FMT; it made me wonder if the Nadeau Method, the Miracle 7/DVR Routine and Isometric Powerflexing can be used to rehabilitate those that are injured, sick or need to become fit. IMHO the M7/VRT Routine (VRT Routine from Pushing Yourself To Power PYTP) and Isometric Powerflexing with the Nadeau Method are ideal to rehabilitate people! Plus add Special Exercises for Super Joints and Life Long Pain-Free Mobility on page 47 of PYTP is another gold mine for long term health!
PS: Isometric Powerflexing is a modern version of Dynaflex which can be found online as a PDF for free; and many like Mike Dayton's book Chi Mind Control but that is hard to find sometimes, plus Isometric Power Revolution book is available. I got Dynaflex as a teen and it works and never saw a copy with photos as a teen or young man it hard cartoons; I was surprised a copy with photos existed.
I'd add Isometric Weightlifting/VRT to to game!
