Thanks for posting this Bob. I believe that bottom chart is a very good visual representation of where most people can find a rough percentage, or at least give them a ballpark idea of where they are at. Bodyfat measurements with caliphers can be very subjective. The electronic devices can also be variable. The only test that is fairly accurate is being submerged in water, and even that can be questionable.

I hope, I am "good" (?)
Yeah I once posted something about this on the other board. My question was health or low body fat? I rather be healthy than have super low body fat. But also having to much body fat is unneeded and unhealthy. I see some guys more worried about there size when if they lost a few pounds and some body fat would look pretty good and still be healthy. But everyone sees something differant in the mirror.
I never measured my body fat nor do I care much to. If I had to take a guess mine would range in the high athletes to high fitness at differant times. Differant times of the year like winter( when work is slow) and maybe during stressful times it might be on the higher end. For me personally, my jobs are a lot harder and I may not be able to do my jobs if I was average, obese or essential fat levels. Anyhow good articles Bob.
