We all get our injuries from differant things. It could be work, around the house, or even while we workout. I would say if You have an injury see a doctor first and stop everything that Your doing that may have caused it or make it worse. Anyhow, when I had serve Golfer's elbow in both elbows years ago a couple of things helped me. One was the F.R.Y. elbow fix, no it's not magic and this stretch.

I agree with what you said Gary. I never played golf and had it in both elbows. Yeah, I believe it was a combination of things like an imbalance and pushing myself. Sometimes you just have to rest.
From personal observation this is my unprofessional and uneducated opinion:
I've commented on this before and here I go again. Activities and sports like golf are great but they also have a serious drawback, in my opinion. Golf, bowling, soft ball, and many other actives that we do tend to be one sided, right handed, left handed, and repeat certain one direction movements over and over. This leads to an imbalance in strength and flexibility and that leads to injuries. I know very few golfers that don't have back and hip issues, they only swing the club in one direction. My opinion: that a balanced (2 sided, all sided) fitness program to go along with these actives would reduce many of the injuries and improve performance.
Had a friend that was a mail carrier, he developed serious back and hip issues. After years of pain and searching for relief from several doctors a chiropractor diagnosed his issues as stemming from always moving in one direction getting in and out of the mail truck. His strength, flexibility, and balance were unequal side to side.
I think a well thought out well rounded exercise / fitness program would help just about everyone's work and play actives.
