Years ago I had the Bully Extreme but it got lost in a move. I liked it and never had elbow problems. Matter of fact I never even heard of that problem because I wasn't really on the internet at the time. I've also talked to two life time Bullworker users. One told me Your tendons have to get use to it so You have to take it easy at first. The other guy said the same as this video but he also said the low push is the only exercise that can hurt Your elbows.

John hughes who is in the video , his son does most of them now, I have had shoulder issues from the bullworker but it turned out I may have been holding my shoulder wrong, but there is so many alternative holds that you can find what works for you.
to answer your question better...I am not looking for muscular body....fit, strong and leaner are my goals...I was getting more muscle from the bullworker for the way I used it, but have found the strap routines for isometrics have been better for strength and the angles are easier to adjust.
well not bad....trying bodyblade, but see i gravitate towrds straps , looking for a slim strong fit body
Again Steve I am curious of what kind of results You've had with Your fitness journey?
Proper form is paramount for the steel bow and classic...I have done bullworker for close to 2 years and still do some, but am focusing more on Strap/rope isometrics.
