I found this Chest and Shoulder workout from Greg that he wrote a couple of years ago. I thought some guys might be interested in it.
"FMT Incline Chest Fly X 10
FMT Side Shoulder Raise X 10
FMT Front Deltoid Raise X 10 each side
FMT Bentover Deltoid Raise X 10
Pushups X 25
I did four circuits nonstop. Tension was high - especially on the last couple of reps. Pushups were done with control. Then it was done. I did a few stretches afterwards while I watched a Perry Mason rerun my wife recorded for me.
It can be that simple. Take any body area - body area not body part - and set up a circuit of three to four FMT exercises with a bodyweight exercise thrown in to speed the metabolism. It is time friendly, recovery friendly and effective."
