The Sinkram Courses are very interesting. I was thinking about what Alexander asked about building muscle and strength using VRT(DVR), Self Resistance and Isometrics. Now I know the course's name is, " Sinkram Super Speed System- Giant Chest & Giant Arms". But does that mean the exercises in both courses only hit the Chest & Arms? No, there is exercises that hit the chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, neck and wrist.
Look I'm not able to claim that any of this stuff can build huge muscle. I'm just an average guy that enjoys exercise. I have used these courses to form a workout without weights. Will it make You look better? Yes, if You put effort into them and You form Your nutrition according to Your goals. Will You get stronger? Yes. Everytime I stopped doing these self resistance exercises and started again I got sore. So You do have to be careful with the tension at first, especially with the towel exercises.
Most of the exercises are recommended to do for 15 reps per side in the courses. I personally like higher reps with self resistance. My feeling with this kind of exercise is You need volume but everyone is differant. Has anyone tried these exercises and how did You form Your workouts with them? I'm actually just curious. The courses are up top in the PDF files.

The forward, backward and the head turn self resistance exercises have been a stable since around 2010. I sometimes do isometrics for neck. But SR makes my neck look more muscular.
Hello Michael
Thanks for sharing your experiences.
Personally, I have never really gotten into self-resistance exercises (as of yet), with the exception of neck work (which I do every night). I've been doing this for a couple of months now and my neck is noticeably bigger and more muscular as a result. I didn't fool with any before after measurements, but I can tell by looking in the mirror as well as pictures. So as far as muscle growth is concerned, I can personally vouch that they work. Just FYI.
Michael - that's one of the reasons I like it. Works the chest also, good exercise. Thanks for reminding me.
Gary that exercise works the rotator cuffs nice and wrist slightly.
Excellent, Michael! Thank you!
Exercise 13 on the Giant Arms Course, hands in the prayer position, moving side to side. I’d forgotten about this exercise. I’ve done it in the past and I like it.
Your Welcome Bob and Alexander. You guys do know up top these pages there is a thing called," PDF Files" ? All You do is click on it and there are other courses up there. Alexander You can use a rope, towel, belt, isometric strap and Bob's favorite a stick. But for those exercises I prefer a bath towel because it will work Your grip hard.
Plus Alexander, You've been asking about this stuff. You can easily form a workout with these exercises.
Michael,
Thank you so much for posting this invaluable info!
