Whew, what a hectic month. You know the drill. Your training goes well for a few weeks, then family responsibilities and work explode. I missed four days of training this past week at a point I was ready to notch it up. But, I've been working round the clock for weeks, and I had a good bit of online training I had to do to finish up my EMT recert. Yesterday I finished up 9 hours worth and got it done an hour and a half before my certification expired at midnight. LOL - today I'm in bed with a fever, the first time I've been sick in a very long time. But, I still dragged out of bed this morning to knock out some pushups and pull-ups. I'm looking foward to warm weather and some summer time outdoor training.

The Uk doesnt have the greatest weather and this Winter as been pretty demanding for someone that works outside. Ive learnt the hardway not to push workouts when your central nervous system is fryed from work stress. Thus a period of too much whiskey and not great eating and training not as frequent as would like. Time to get back in the game. Ive learned training everyother, 3 times a week or if my body needs rest every second day is best for me.
