Coming from more of bodybuilding type of training I was always curious about this. And No I never was and am not a bodybuilder. On the internet You here all kinds of opinions. Alot of times they all contradict each other. Anyhow, I thought this would be something that could start a good discussion.
I would say rep and set amount is a personal thing that depends on things like intensity, volume and goals.. I don't think everyone one should follow the same thing, but that's differant than angles.
