Talking to a 67 year old guy I worked with that retired, he said he's been having some health issues. He's always been pretty active. He's been walking everyday for years. He watches his diet but it's not perfect. Without going into details the doctor was explaining something about his lungs. He pretty much told him as we get older our lungs get weaker, makes sense to me but again who am to say.
Anyhow, this got me thinking. How do we strengthen our lungs? Can we strengthen them as we age? Google these questions and see what You come up with. This can probably go with the thread I started about,"Who do we believe". When You google questions sometimes You get a wide array of answers. I'm interested in Your thoughts.
