Thanks Gary. I have been doing planks alot lately. Something I like to do with them is start in a front plank, then to side plank, front plank , and side plank again. I may repeat this 3-4 times with 10 second holds. This is non-stop, work up a nice sweat.

That side plank with the flutter kick is extremely hard to do. It was part of a physical fitness test from the professor who taught Morehouse.
