Sometimes we all get this. Whether it's because of boredom, the next best thing or life's curve balls. I've been doing a couple of experiments with my exercise program. Lately I've been experimenting with volume and a Gironda periodization program. I won't explain it but if You're interested it's on the Light Apparatus forum.
Although since I lost all the weight I lost my body doesn't make many changes no matter what I'm doing. Some things can help me shed a few pounds I might have gained or look leaner( although this is mostly diet). But one thing that has been changing is my arm size. I'm probably a half inch away from my biggest arm size. My arms are not big by any means. But I have been having fun with these experiments.
Life has thrown me a curve ball so I'm cutting my volume experiment a couple weeks short. Results were a half inch on my arms but the knees got a little sore but that's my fault. The curve ball that has been thrown my way is a work thing. Unfortuanatly to live in this great Country we have to work. I work two jobs and on my tree job I was informed that a young man got in some trouble so he won't be back. The guy was a big help to me on the ground. It is hard to find people nowadays that want to do hard work.
So I've been cruising a little because of this young man. So if I want to keep this job I have to get more conditioned so my workouts will change more to this direction. I promised a friend that has become a personal trainer I would use a program he designed for me. Since it's with KBs and bodyweight You have to look at the Light Apparatus forum for more details.
We all need variety at times it all moves to the same overall goal in the end.
