Some differant ways to work Your shoulders by Jeff. I've heard him in other videos talk about the rear delt thing. I've been doing the exercise he does on the wall for rear delts and it has made a differance. The asethenics of my shoulders is definetly a weak point for me. Stuff like this can be done via self resistance( Cross Body Row) and VRT.
