Some differant ways to work Your shoulders by Jeff. I've heard him in other videos talk about the rear delt thing. I've been doing the exercise he does on the wall for rear delts and it has made a differance. The asethenics of my shoulders is definetly a weak point for me. Stuff like this can be done via self resistance( Cross Body Row) and VRT.

Exactly! I love VRT performance due to time-saving and diversity.
I think alot of exercises depend on the person that is doing them. Pressing a KB in the past sometimes bothered my right shoulder. But that was for a couple of reasons. One I followed the Atlas III push up thing with my feet high. Two I was doing the press with an arching movement, kind of like the Arnold Press. Three I was pushing myself.
I heard some say the press is bad for the rotator cuff and I've heard the opposite. Who do You believe? Ourselves, You can pretty much tell when You do an exercise if it's not right. Pressing with self resistance does no harm at all. Matter of fact it's rehabilatating to me. I think I'm going to concentrate more on shoulders for awhile myself.
Yeah I did see he trained Sting and he was in good shape. I've been paying attention to alot of his stuff because it can be applied to any type of training.
Good stuff. Jeff is a guy who studies and thinks out of the box. Everything he shows in this video is biomechanically sound; as long as you don't try to overdo the weights or let momentum take over. I've spent a lot of time on the shoulders this past year. You could say I was late to party; always concentrating on pressing and later push-ups.
As I got into my 30's, pressing behind the neck became a joint wrecker. The same with side laterals. And to be honest, even with self-resistance, there are better options than side laterals (at least for me). I've come to really favor the side to side press behind the neck with a strap. Another favorite that hits the rear delt, the teres and the rhomboids is the archer pull with a short strap.
Another thing on Jeff. He was Steve Borden's, a.k.a. Sting's trainer when he made his abortive WWE debut a couple of years ago. Steve got in very good condition, and was probably drug free, but you can't defeat Father Time. He injured his neck severely doing high flyer stunt wrestling with Seth Rollins as his opponent.
