I like Jeff's videos but this is only informational material. Not expert or doctor, so as they say, " See Your doctor before trying anything". As a person that has been dealing with 4 herniated, 1 bulging disc, and also had a fratured vertabrae, I look for anything I could to stay off the operating table.
I like and do the hang a couple times a week. I find it interesting what he says about leaving the feet on the ground. One thing I found when trying to get out of pain is somethings worked for me so didn't. I forget what he called the last exercise but I call it the Cobra. The Cobra doesn't work for me. Anyhow, here You go.

Yeah some interesting exercises Bob. The twisting exercises is something I feel people with jacked up backs probably should stay away from. Some of that stuff looks like it could feel good. Again my knowledge of anatomy is not the greatest so take what I say as being my own experience. My personal opinion is some people can tolerate stretching better than others. This may sound weird but for me more stiffness in the lower back feels better. I don't mean the kind of stiffness that You get when You hurt Your back. More on the line when Your core is more stabilized.
I think to get rid of back pain at first one needs more decompression. Than later to stabilize the spine and core. But everyone is differant and every situation is differant. Again no expert just how I've gotten pain free. Maybe later I write up what I tried, experiences and what worked for me.
