It definitely works neglected muscles, the small muscles and fibers missed by other things, as an asthmatic I love the standing still cardio it gives...even though I'm moving my arms so to speak, its vibrating my whole body...depending how hard I go my legs can feel like I went on an elliptical. So I get great benefits by doing an iso/zass strap routine and now incorporating the bodyblade.
Steve I always passed this over because at times it didn't appeal to me. But You know I like to shake out my arms or legs (depending what I'm working on) between sets of whatever I'm doing. This makes everything feel good. I can see the bodyblade as a feel good exercise. What is Your workout with it? What results or insights could You give us from Your use?
