There are several methods to become younger and live longer. The Five Tibetan Rites as outlined in Peter Kelder's book "The Eye of Revelation" and in the "Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth" books, then second is "How to Regain Youth and Health with the Nadeau Method" and the third is the Asian method, based on Kung fu. That method is to use the 18 Exercises in Shaolin and the Yi Jin Jing from Shaolin; and some add Baduanjin, 8 Brocades Exercises of Master Li Ch'ing Yuen. I thought about putting this thread in the Health & Nutrition Section but we are talking exercise.
Now I have read The Eye of Revelation and more modern books and done these exercises for a long time, and they seemed to work, but made a mistake and stopped using it! I have read "The Nadeau Method" and know it is used and popular in Canada, in Spa's and in Europe.
Having studied and practiced Kung fu I am aware of the reports of Daoist &Buddhist Masters living beyond normal life times, and Li Ch'ing Yuen was reportedly 250 years old.
Many on this site are senior citizens and this topic might interest you, it interests me.
I bought a book on this topic; entitled "Li Qingyun: Longevity Methods of a 250 Year Old Taoist Immortal" by Stuart Alve Olson. Appears interesting and contains his methods and even the herbs and herbal medications he used.
