This is off my patreon account: www.patreon.com/lionquestfitness I am starting to load my videos first on Patreon before I load them on Youtube; if at all. On Patreon I can be more informational and more myself.
In this video I talk about the difference between point and shoot and aim and fire as we look at the S&W Combat Masterpiece.
Whooo! As someone who collects revolvers that Security Six sounds sweet!! That Beretta is another on the list, just so I can compare it to the PT92. Alas, as my friend Batjack J.W. says - there is always another gun....
Lay-away, oh boy. I almost put a Beretta on lay-away 2 weeks ago. I really would like an M9, 92FS, and……
Revolvers? I have a Ruger stainless Security Six 357 with a 6” barrel that I bought in 1977. It’s as nice today as it was the first time I shot it.
I had to laugh at that one GB. My excuse is that during the years I was raising a family on a policeman's salary, I couldn't afford to buy a box of bullets, much less a firearm. The only time I got to shoot was when I qualified twice a year.
But, all things have to come to an end eventually. I am very covered when it comes to firearms I could need or can enjoy. I've also given away seven different handguns and two long guns to family members and friends this past couple of years. Of course there are still firearms I'd like to have, but I don't really need them.
I've got a gun on lay-a-way right now, a Rock Island Armory 1911. By the way, that is how I budget for the firearms I've bought, and that is by using lay-a-way. That will be the last one until at least after the first of next year. As my friend, Scott Thorfinnson, a.k.a. Mr. Holster, says: once you have your bases covered, train with the guns you own. I need to heed that advice.
Greg,
Great video, great info and “nice shooting”. I guess most of us that are married have been asked the same or similar questions: “how many do you need?” The first time my wife asked me why do I need so many knives I asked her why do you need so many shoes? As for guns – “how many guns do you need?” My reply: “Don’t know yet, I’ll let you know when I get there”. You just can’t have too many flashlights, knives, or guns.
