LOL - thanks Bob - I'll take what I can get! I don't use silhouettes too much anymore because I prefer concentrating on center chest for my aimpoint. Too, I spent years qualifying at 25 yards as a police officer so it is engrained in my psyche you shoot from there. But, you are correct about practicing close quarters.
From my point of view, your 5 shot group at 25 yards is very good! Great revolver + skilled shooter! A couple of years ago, my best hits were inside 5" cycle at 25 yards with Beretta M9. Now, I have no idea; I am generally shooting 22 LR and rubber bullets at distances < 15 yards. At 10-12 yards, during slow firing 22LR, my best results are 5-8 shots inside 1.5-1.7". However, in generally, I try to pay more attention to speed shooting at short ranges as more practical training for self defense.
