For legs? Do You do strength, conditioning, both or something else? I don't know what else You could do for legs but I thought I'd add that in there just in case, for kicks. I know Greg has knee issues but does anyone else here have them? Curious.

Good stuff Slastonecold! Hey Bob Those Yoga stances are good. I don't do them but I stand on one leg (sometimes on a big pillow) for time everyday. This is great for the stabilizers in the ankles and knees.
