Everyone from all walks of life have their opinions on diet and what makes us fat. But You can find people that have lost weight on many differant diets. But it starts to narrow down when You see how many of them keep the weight off and there long term health. Anyhow, watch Greg's video, read my thoughts, and the article I posted. Let me know Your thoughts.
Also I wanted to add that all diets work the same, a calorie deficit.
