Recently talking to Mike Joplin he mentioned effort. That's what he focused his bodyweight training around in all three of his transformations. I now prefer more intensity than before. I like making the exercises hard with different variables. Sometimes I do like volume to change things up. When it comes to frequency I train a movement or body part 2 to 3 times a week, no more. What are Your thoughts on Volume/Intensity/Frequency?

I workout 6 days a week but I do different splits. Or if I do full body workouts they are done 3 times a week with cardio on two or three. Whatever works for the person doing it. Everyone likes different things.
