Since Michael posted the video about whether or not you needed extra biceps and triceps work I decided to go ahead and post this video up. It is a simple self-resistance arm training routine. The reason I titled this the way I did is because too many of us who did the Charles Atlas routine way back when (and more recently) get hung up on the chest training program and pushups. You need to exercises for the arms, shoulders and definitely back as much as you do the chest work.
