I have started working with the Diamond Dallad Page program again, and also found a beginners program from Body By Yoga. Where as Diamond Dallas is quite vocal during his workouts, the fellow from BBY is a bit more relaxed, soft spoken. Either way there are a lot of static holds involved during these sessions. I can take on the Diamond Cutter that Diamond Dallas teaches, that is more of a calesthenics workout I believe, as opposed to a straight yoga workout. In the end, I end up huffing and puffing with both programs.

Zieglerj, I don't know about the BBY program(I'm sure it is) but the DDP Yoga is good. I've tried it because I got it for my wife. Very good workout, Good For You! Let us know how it goes.
