I like adding tension to my push ups sometimes. You can do this with any variation of push up. The video of Jarell is showing him do it with Hindu Push ups. This guys just does stuff like guys do it here so I thought I'd show him a little love.

Adding tension to many calisthenics makes since. It's a great way to add challenge and verity to an established routine. In most cases it works the muscles targeted by the exercise and others that are not normally targeted by that movement.
