I posted this in the past but I think it's worth posting again. You see all over the internet where guys that exercise think they are right and everyone else is wrong. Everyone exercises for a differant reason and everyone likes differant kinds of training. I believe whatever motivates a person to do something to better themselves health wise or whatever their goal is should be encouraged. Just because someone trains differant than another person doesn't make them expert. For me, if my sick family members would have made some kind of effort to do anything I would have been happy. I don't care what kind of exercise it is. So don't make the mistake of force feeding what You do down someone's throat.
