The first article is by Ric Drasin. There's an example of what they ate. My main question is health. Do You guys think this is really a healthy way to eat? Ric is in his 70's. I know he has injuries but I'd be curious about his cholesterol. Heart health?
I have heard that Vince Gironda ate like this to. Is there anyone else that You know of that ate like this for any length of time? How is there health? I'm just curious. If You guys can add to this please do.
