I just bought (two weeks ago) my first set of Indian Clubs, 2 lbs. It was a whim. I like them. I had been using my Bullworker for months and decided to give something else a try. Currently I am using the Art of Manliness workout which is 5-6 movements. I add a swing/deep knee bend to work my legs. They are much easier on my back than the kettle bells. I will check in and let you all know how it is working out. So far so good though. I found a fellow on youtube, from Australia that has several videos and different routines. I am looking forward to this journey.
