If You could Recommend Two Books, one on diet and one on exercise, what would they be? Give a brief reason why. Maybe someone here can get some new ideas.

"Zieglerj, I like the NoS diet, have used it in the past without knowing it." I think a lot of people do. It is just so "basic" people do not think it will work. Reinhard Engel hit a homerun with this idea. On another note, I started swimming this morning. I do not have a boob for that. ;)
I agree with Greg. My friend lives in Florida usually from the early fall to spring then returns to New York. This year he returned much later then usual. He used his old copy of the Charles Atlas Course to get in good shape and lose 80 pounds. The reason he used the Atlas Course is he could do it in 15 minutes a day ( suspected he did 20 minutes some days) , plus he walked daily, and revitalized his body. Greg is right Isometric Power Revolution is a great book!
Zieglerj, I like the NoS diet, have used it in the past without knowing it. I first heard of it from Pierini. Very sensible approach for the everyday man. Never read the Bullworker Bible but have skimmed the isometric book.
Isometrics by Henry Wittenberg. Also, there is a newer book out The Bullworker Bible by Brian Sterling-Vete and Helen Renee. As stated above, the Atlas Course, is motivating, and I have used it over the years. I have enjoyed The Bullworker Bible because, as some might recall from the previous forums/website, I am a Bullworker guy. As far as Diet goes, I still like The No S Diet by Reinhard Engels. It is a simple approach, that works.
Good books and points Greg.
I'd go with John Peterson's Isometric Power Revolution and the Charles Atlas course. IPR has history, nutrition, positive examples and covers different versions of how to do isometrics. The Atlas course, despite being dated, has a good deal of positive motivation and common sense health advice. Those would have to be my favorites.
