We all get our injuries from differant things. It could be work, around the house, or even while we workout. I would say if You have an injury see a doctor first and stop everything that Your doing that may have caused it or make it worse. Anyhow, when I had serve Golfer's elbow in both elbows years ago a couple of things helped me. One was the F.R.Y. elbow fix, no it's not magic and this stretch.

I agree with what you said Gary. I never played golf and had it in both elbows. Yeah, I believe it was a combination of things like an imbalance and pushing myself. Sometimes you just have to rest.
