Until I can figure out a way to combine the various exercise forums; go ahead and post all exercises, nutrition and health posts on this forum. All I ask is that we keep it to self-resistance, cables, isometrics, bodyweight, light apparatus such as the bullworker, k-bells, running, dumbbell training etc. Posting things like the Red Delta Project, Scott Herman, AthleanX, Ric Drasin, etc. are fine as long as it can be put into the context of life time training, injury rehab, fitness, or tension style training. They are plenty of places to go for weight training or Crossfit style workout input and advice; also the Arthur Jones/Mike Mentzer stuff. My thing is training that works for average ordinary people that they can sustain over a period of years. Unfortunately many good bodyweight forums have bit the dust over the years because they turned into weight training forums.
Also, a little bit goes a long way. When obviously PED enhanced athletes are being promoted as ideal I tend to balk. That is a level of training, dedication and genetics far beyond the average person. For example, recently I posted a link to Serge Nubret videos. Serge had a beautifully built physique, but was a genetic standout and was a very skilled user of pharmaceutical enhancers. He also trained with weights predominantly. So why post anything about Serge?
Serge used light weights, tension, and partial movements; things that can be utilized in a bodyweight/self-resistance context. He also had an eye to aesthetics which has been long missing in bodybuilding for many decades. I also am very candid about athletes who have a genetic advantage and who also use Performance Enhancing Drugs.
So anyway, I hope this kind of clarifies what I am intending to do by combining forums.
Thanks,
Greg

Those are things to work on. I need to start going through the Wix tutorials again. Also I can edit the site for phones. We'll work on simplifying things and see if that helps.
I have just tried iPod, the web works OK. Probably, issues with my comps software occur.
Ok I thought I was the only one get that because I have an Android phone. Greg I thought of something which doesn't really have anything to do with combining the forums. On a phone everything is straight up and down which I think is good. But on a regular computer the post zig zag after another post is posted. I would believe that some post don't get much looks because of this, especially if there is more than one posted a day.
I also have a small issue - the longer downloading this website than others on all my comps.
Sounds reasonable Greg, sure want to see this forum continue.
Note: still having difficulty when accessing this forum on my I-phone.
