I think this saying was in one of the Rocky movies, " It's not how many times You get knocked down, It's how times You keep getting back up". It goes something like that, Lol. You're going to have days where You may eat something that You think shouldn't be a part of Your diet or miss a workout. Don't beat Yourself up over it, it's going to happen. It happens to the best of us. But You also have to remember, discipline and consistentcy is a big key.
I want to see You reach Your goals. Sometimes we post differant workouts and nutrition advise just to give guys some ideas. If I was You I would start off with a goal of exercising 10 minutes everyday. This will be much easier to stick with for now. Maybe You can pick a couple of moves from the DDP Yoga or something else You like. I'm really pulling for You Joe, please keep it up!
