Have to agree again – the all metal gun (Star BM) feels right.

Understand. I'm in rural Arizona it's a great place to live and gun friendly. Being responsible and being prepared is so much better than not being prepared.
By the way I like the Star BM 9MM

Gary,
I live in the rural area where the criminal situation is lower than in big cities. However, when the suspect left his car on my property and shot my neighbor I pay more attention to firearms. The second reason is a close location of a big state prison. Who knows that happens if someone will escape?

Nice video Greg and nice fire arm. Hey that's just an old guys opinion.
A thought on fire arm self defense - I hope I never have occasion or the need to fire at another person. I know CPR and I hope I never have to perform it. But if the need arises I'm prepared and glad that I can do something that may save a life. Likewise a responsible gun owner is preparing for a need he or she hopes never arises but chooses to be the person others may depend on.

I agree. That is why I love Beretta M9, probably, "the last of the Mohicans." I have this handgun for many years, and I do not remember even a single failure.

It's too bad they don't make all steel semi-autos like they used to. The weight helps with the accuracy, These are going from $225 to $250 on the military surplus market and are an excellent buy.

Great old 9 mm semi-auto. I see after a little adjustment it provides very good accuracy. I also love full metal handguns. Congrats on good finding!
