I never leave the house without a pen, a knife, and a watch. A few of the other things that I carry are: I have a small pouch on my belt that holds 3 pair of trauma gloves. I like your knife. I have considered carrying a Leatherman type tool but currently I do not. In my car I have 3 tourniquets and often have one, a RAT tourniquet on my person. I also carry a small flashlight. I have a very nice small light that takes a AAA battery. I also have a keychain flashlight attached to my keys.

Firearm? Well I have a few that I cycle through, different calibers, but all are semi-autos. Not that I don’t like revolvers but all of my revolvers are too big to carry concealed. I cannot carry while on duty and it is illegal to carry on a Reservation. And every day I hope and pray that I will not have to fire at another human being.

Well that’s today. I may try something different tomorrow.

PS: holsters, I have several and one that I really like is the N82 Tactical Pro IWB. Works for me. It’s comfortable. Here in AZ most wear a T-shirt with no under shirt, the N82 holster is comfortable against the skin and it is tuckable.

Pocket carry a Ruger LCR 327fm but carry six rounds of 32 H&R magnum. I'm more accurate and get back on target faster with 32 H&R magnum vs. the 327fm. 32 H&R Mag ammo carried is: Black Hills 85 grain JHP or Hornady 80 grain FTX.

My alternate carry is a Taurus 856 carried OWB. Utilize Winchester Super-X 148g LWC or Hornady XTP 125g.
